Clarence and Elise Stolte have spent the past 18 years shaping their 387ha dairy farm into a resilient, high-performing business.

Progressing from farm managers to sole owners through a strategic partnership, they have been commited to sustainability through significant investment in a composting barn, improving soil health, animal welfare, and pasture condition. They also embrace technology, including cow collars and digital communication tools, to enhance efficiency and team connection.

Environmental stewardship is a priority, with extensive native planting, wetland care, and an on-farm nursery supplying plants for both their property and the wider community.
