Matangi Station is a powerful example of farming through change. Following Cyclone Gabrielle, the business has reset to take greater control of its supply chain – from farming through to a boutique butchery in Hastings.

Across their 950ha operation, the team combines technology, data, and practical farming to lift productivity while protecting the environment – from Halter collars and drone monitoring to native planting, erosion control, and solar-powered water systems.

This is a working farm environment and access around the property will be by motorbike or side-by-side only.

Helmets are compulsory – no helmet, no ride
Experienced riders/drivers only
Side-by-sides: passengers limited to available seats only
Quads: maximum one passenger if required
Please follow all instructions on the day and stick to designated tracks
